Solar activity has many effects upon natural processes on Earth, and upon various of our activities. Some of these effects are obvious and well-understood, while others are subtle. If you have questions pertaining to your particular application, or you have a question regarding the measurements or our interpretation of the underlying physics, please don't hesitate to call us. In general, there is no charge for answering enquiries or satisfying special data needs unless they involve a significant amount of staff time, which has to be diverted from other projects. In such instances you will be informed before any effort is diverted to addressing your requests. An estimated cost will be provided and your agreement obtained before work is started.
